During our cost-free estimate process, we talk to our customers about how to save money not only during the installation process but also after the system is installed. I am updating my review due to them reaching out to me to address the issues with communication and performing work well in excess of the estimate. 405 Irrigation repaired 2 zones that were damaged by Mirage Pools and Spas when the built our pool (entirely different story there).  And while they did perform work that exceeded their estimate, they agreed to only charge the estimate amount since they didn't communicate that they were performing work that would result in a significant overage of the estimate, nor did they receive my approval prior to performing the work.  They also weren't as thorough as they should have been with ensuring complete work, but that has also been rectified.  I can't give any more than 4 stars due to the noted issues, but I do feel like after our conversation they will have processes in place to prevent similar issues in the future.
